Banchan Tofu

  • 1 package of tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chili (gochugaru, red pepper flakes, or chili oil)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sugar/honey

  1. Cut the tofu into 10 pieces, then pan fry. 
  2. In a pyrex container, mix all the other ingredients together. Place tofu in the container and coat all the tofu in the sauce.
  3. Cover and put in the fridge and serve when ready.
